George Melik – State Director (West Virginia)

George Melik is excited to serve as the State Director in West Virginia for the State Freedom Caucus Network.  He also serves as the Director of West Virginia Constitutional Conservatives.  Prior to this, he served as the Legislative Director for the National Pro-Life Alliance, working to pass the Life at Conception Act.

While residing in Virginia, George worked to grow Virginia Constitutional Conservatives and stop the so-called Assault Weapons ban; worked to expose corrupt and extremist Loudoun County Public School scandals; worked to elect conservative champions in state and local races; and fought for school choice and medical freedom.  He also worked as Election Chief in Loudoun and Fairfax counties for many years.

George likes to pursue motorcycle riding, car racing and Revolutionary War Reenactment as his hobbies.

In 2021, George became a “Loudoun County Refugee” by moving to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, and he’s looking forward to making his adopted state – “Best Virginia.”
